What To Do If You’ve Been Arrested

1. Say NOTHING!!! (The officers will not and CANNOT help you.)
2. Ask for your attorney.
3. Attempt to make bond.
4. Meet with your attorney.
5. Appear at your arraignment and plead “not guilty.”
6. Attend your motion hearing.
7. Assist your attorney in trial preparation.
8. Attend trial.
